Terms of use
These terms cover AI Agent Team at ai-agent-team.worksmarto.com: Article Squad, Blog Squad, AgentSquad and the AI Startup Idea Lab ("the service"), run by Software Innovation Labs, an MSME in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, as part of worksmarto.com. By using the service you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
1. What the service is
The service sends your brief to several AI agents that plan, research, vote, write, review and approve on their own. There is no human step after you start a run. It is free, experimental and built on open-source software. It may change, slow down, hit limits or stop at any time.
2. AI output is not advice
- All output is generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident.
- It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it promises no revenue, income or results.
- Trending topics come from public headlines or the AI's own knowledge, not from verified research. Check facts, names and claims before you rely on or publish anything.
- You are responsible for anything you publish or do with the output.
3. Free use and limits
The site runs on your own API key. Your provider's own limits, prices and terms apply to every run. Free keys from Groq, Google AI Studio and OpenRouter are enough to try every tool.
4. Using your own API key
- Runs with your key use your provider account. Usage, limits, charges and that provider's terms are your responsibility.
- "Auto" model choice may switch between your provider's models if one is retired, missing or busy.
- How we handle your key is described in the privacy policy: it is never stored or logged.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal or harmful, to create spam, misleading or hateful content, to impersonate others, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its limits. The agents decline risky topics such as medical, financial, legal or political advice.
6. Content and licence
You may use the text the service generates for you, subject to the AI providers' terms. The service's code is released under the MIT licence and uses open-source libraries including LangGraph.js and Express, each under its own licence.
7. No warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is", free of charge and without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Software Innovation Labs is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
8. Contact, changes and law
